Communication, organization and continual education along the way, allow everyone Chrissi works with to make confident decisions throughout the real estate process. 

Chrissi's strengths and passions come together in real estate where she's able to create lasting relationships with both clients, team members, and industry partners. Chrissi has been the exclusive realtor for Frampton Homes since 2019. She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors and the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors. Chrissi has received multiple awards throughout her time as a Realtor for her continued commitment to her clients and has earned a spot amongst the top agents in the Des Moines area. Chrissi is actively involved with Make A Wish Iowa, the Grimes Chamber and is a proud contributor to the DCG Booster Club and DCG Education Foundation. 

Chrissi resides outside of Grimes with her husband, Joe, children Essence and Tayvian, and their dogs and horses. When Chrissi is not helping you with your real estate goals, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her kids at their activities, traveling and spending time outdoors (as long as it's warm!).

With an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Event Management, and a Masters of Business Administration, Bry brings an extensive background in sales and marketing to the 15 Hands Real Estate team. Bry's first job was in the event industry where she helped many people plan events to celebrate major milestones. During COVID when the event industry halted, Bry pivoted to another avenue helping people navigate important life milestones. The moment she enrolled in her first real estate course, Bry knew this was the perfect fit for her. 

From first home purchases, moving up to the next home, selling a loved one's home, or building your dream home - Bry's your girl! Bry also supports the 15 Hands Real Estate partnership with Frampton Homes. She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors and the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors. Bry has been recognized annually since becoming a Realtor for her commitment to her clients. Bry is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals, the Ankeny Chamber, is an Urbandale PTO member and is an Urbandale Jr High volleyball coach. 

Bry was born and raised in central Iowa and loves getting out to experience all that the Des Moines metro has to offer! In her free time Bry loves working out, playing volleyball, going to all kinds of local markets, trying new recipes, hiking with her dogs, and traveling any chance she gets!

Joe brings a unique perspective to the 15 Hands Real Estate team with over 21 years of experience in the mortgage industry. In his previous role, Joe helped mitigate risk and found creative solutions to solve problems which he is able to utilize daily in real estate. His passion for helping people and drive to make an impact is what led Joe to real estate. 

Joe's previous experience, along with his broad understanding of the housing industry, allows him to be a trusted partner for all 15 Hands Real Estate clients. Joe is the team's Client Experience Director and is also a licensed Realtor. He also helps support the 15 Hands Real Estate partnership with Frampton Homes. 

Joe is a lifelong Iowa resident and currently lives outside of Grimes with his wife, Chrissi, his children, Essence and Tayvian, their dogs and horses. When Joe isn't working you'll find him working out, taking care of the family acreage, cheering on his kids or traveling.

Rachael is an award-winning Realtor in the DSM metro for the past 12+ years bringing an extensive background in sales and marketing to the team. With a passion for new construction, Rachael has worked with dozens of different builders in the DSM metro area designing custom dream homes. She has served on the board of the Des Moines Home Builder’s Association and Professional Women in Building, and has been an active member for the past 8+ years.

When working with Rachael, clients get a personalized home buying and selling experience with her attention to detail and organization. She is process driven and has checklists for everything!

Rachael resides in West Des Moines with her husband, Ryan, and son, Grayson. She runs a nonprofit organization called Grayson's Gifts to raise funds for Central Iowa families to help with adoption expenses. In her spare time she enjoys biking on the many trails, checking out the local coffee shops, having a craft drink on a patio with friends and family, cheering for the Cyclones, and enjoying all the shows at the Civic Center. Rachael absolutely loves Des Moines!
